"Contacted this office for a homeowners quote. Spoke with Isabella. After receiving the quote, I decided to go with a different carrier. In the process of preparing the quote, Isabella somehow changed information related to four different State Farm policies I already had in place prior to requesting the quote. When I realized this several weeks later, I called back to discuss with her. Isabella was defensive and unwilling to accept any responsibility for the mistake. I asked to speak with the agent and was given the runaround. Poor job skills and a bad attitude is not a good combination. I recommend avoiding this agency."
