"I requested for a quote, Kristian was the one helping me. She provided an quote, then she want me to send the existing coverage so that she can finetune the quote. I sent it 3-4 days back. Then, no response. I tried to call/text. But no response. Not only her. Most of the state farm agents are like this. Even before insurance is taken, there's no response. How can we proceed further?"

"Isabel De La Torre Isabel was very responsive calling me at 8am to get the quote process rolling. Within less the 24 hours we were going over the details for the quotes on my existing policies. I was impressed that she took the time to cover all line items to compare policies and address questions on the fly.
